Office Hours

Monday-Friday 8am-8pm (subject to change without notice)
Saturday & Sunday 9am- 8pm (subject to change without notice)

Arrival and Departure

Check in Time: 2:00 pm (Any early or late check inn’s need to be arranged with reception prior to arriving)
Check Out Time: 10:00 am N.S.W time (Charges may apply after this time).
Late arrivals that are checking in after our closing time, needs to contact Reception to be informed of the procedure.

PROPERTY CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to room availability time (2pm ) on the date of arrival. 

No cancellation fee will be charged if a minimum of 72 hours notice is given.

If less than 72 hours notice is given a cancellation fee of $30 will apply , cancellations less than 24hrs  hours notice is given a cancellation fee equal to the first night`s accommodation.

No Party Policy

We have a strict "No Party Policy" to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay with us. The management reserve the right to refuse accommodation at their discretion we also reserve the right to have you removed from the premises with no refunds.

Smoking in rooms

We reserve the right to charge a $250 fee for extra cleaning.

This includes cleaning, dry cleaning, airing out the room, carpet cleaning and 1 or 2 nights of not selling the room
